An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to work for Blyth Group Ltd, based in Wolverhampton. Working within a busy office and reception environment, training will cover all aspects of administration in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
The Apprentice will play an important team role in the day-to-day planning, organisation and smooth running of the department, to ensure all financial and business objectives are met.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Maintenance of filing, faxing, scanning system
- Maintaining databases
- Working and supporting the wider team
- Customer care calls
- Typing of various items, including marketing material and general correspondence as required
- Liaising with clients and service providers
- Maintenance of internal computer systems
- Responding to e-mails
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure an excellent level of service is provided
- Supporting department with internal audit processes
- Assisting with corporate hospitality

Due to expansion we are looking for Bathroom & Kitchen Fitters, on a Sub contract Basis.
We service large Insurance Clients, and operate a fast responsive service.
The applicants must be proficient in all aspects of fitting bathrooms & kitchens, with plumbing, plastering, tiling experience preferred.
Own Tools and Van required. Allowance paid for mileage.

- Asbestos Awareness Certificate

Due to continued expansion, we require an Insurance Works Programmer to work within our fast paced building insurance department.
You will be responsible for:
- Project managing claims on a case load basis – this is from FNOL through to completion.
- Work with set budgets for labour and materials
- Liaison with policy holders and insurance companies.
- You will manage works to the expected parameters and SLA's.
- You will have excellent customer care skills and be able to manage customer expectations at all times.
- You will need to update insurance companies via live web portals.
- You must have strong communication skills to work closely with surveyors and tradesmen.

This is a fast paced environment, working within a friendly established team. You will need to be flexible, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to multi task. Strong organisation Is a key skill for this role.
The role is office based and involves working with computer programmes and the usual software packages.
