In the month of October Tom was voted by his colleagues to have gone above and beyond in his role and duties, for this he was voted as Blyth Groups Tradesman of the month.
Tom has been with the business for quite some time now starting out as an apprentice and now operating on his own. He is very thoughtful to other trades following his work and he is always on hand to help out. Well done Tom. Here are some of the comments:
“I nominate Tom Williams – he has been using his own initiative whilst on site, never moans just gets on with it – owns the job whilst on site”
“Over the past few weeks every job we have sent him to he has powered through and got the job done. He always use his initiative to work around and issues and never presents a problem unless he has a solution first. His attitude is always positive no matter the job and he always keeps you up to date so we are aware of how the works are going. In particular Tom has been extremely helpful with my first big claim and any problems it has occurred he was keen to help anyway possible. He has consistently suggested what he can do to help other trades who are attending in the future to ensure we get the claim back on track due to previous delays out of our control, he has gone out of his way to ensure things are neat and tidy because the property is having regular visits from the insurance and the customer and even checks in on the job when he’s not there in case I need any further help! He is definitely a true attribute to our team!”
I would like to say a huge well done to Tom on this achievement and please keep it up.
